Licensed Therapist
Therapists provide psychiatric services to children, adolescents, and adults. Candidates must be Licensed by the State of Maryland to provide mental health therapy. Responsibilties include community-based direct care, psychotherapy, case management, and coordination of care, both off-site and on-site to our clients in Baltimore City and surrounding areas.
PRP Rehabilitation Specialist
Rehabilitation Specialists advise the Program Director regarding the development and implementation of rehabilitation services that reflect the need of the minors served by the program. The Rehabilitation Specialist is responsible for assuring that the services meet the needs of the individuals we serve and is responsible for providing oversight for the daily program rehabilitation services.
Direct Care Counselor
Our Direct Care Counselors work directly with clients for individual and group sessions. DCCs work closely with program staff and clients' families to implement rehabilitation activities, supporting clients' goals, linking to community resources, and maintaining records. It helps Ascend's mission to improve mental health and behavioral outcomes.
